1 - 4 Pump Control Applications

The VFDC-4000 Controller maintains a constant discharge pressure by adjusting the speed of 1 to 4 VFDs in pressure booster pump systems.

The VFDC-4000 microprocessor based controller is specifically designed for constant pressure applications using variable frequency drives (VFDs).  The VFDC-4000 is capable of controlling up to four VFDs and features P.I.D. control, automatic alternation, data logging and communication capabilities.  The backlit graphic display allows the operator to monitor pressure, pump speeds and alarm status at a glance.  The menu driven setup makes navigation and configuration fast and simple.

The VFDC-4000 can be configured for simplex, duplex, triplex and quadplex pump control using a single variable frequency drive per pump.  SJE-Rhombus is a UL certified panel shop that can customize the VFDC-4000 control panel to suit specific requirements.
